I'm currently in the market for a web provider. It would be great if the domain name wasn't super expensive, and the package altogether I'm only aiming to spend 10-20$. Anyone have any experience with company's I should look into and company's I should avoid?

This is all hosted on HostGator. Plus about 4 other domains and around 10 databases. Its about 10 dollars a month for the hosting for all that. My domain name registration is 10 dollars a year.

I've had hosting through Canaca.com and Aplus.net. Currently I'm with Aplus.net. Neither are as cheap as $10/yr but some plans both companies offer are in the $3-6/mo range. And Aplus.net includes free domain registration.
